For most orders shipped within the continental US and Canada, we aim for delivery within 2-5 business days after your order ships out. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your package is on the way!

While the vast majority of our orders ship quickly,certain phone case styles (including some specific designs or materials) might occasionally experience slightly longer processing or shipping times(typically an extra 1-3 business days). This can be due to factors like high demand, specific production batches, or temporary inventory checks. We work hard to minimize any delays.
Why does it say 2-5 days, but my tracking shows longer?
The 2-5 business days is our standardshipping speed estimateonce the carrier has the package.Actual delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier (like USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and can sometimes vary based on your exact location, final destination processing, weather, holidays, or carrier volume. Your tracking information will always have the most up-to-date expected delivery date. Please check there first.

What's the difference between Matte and Glossy finish cases?
The main difference is in the look, feel, and fingerprint resistance:
