Shipping Information
Orders are usually processed and shipped from our Walnut, CA. Some of the orders would be shipped from nearest warehouses.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
Shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 Business Days).

Please note that certain items, particularly some phone case styles, may occasionally experience longer processing or shipping times. 

International Shipping
Shipped via USPS. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Order Tracking
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will also receive email updates when your order is out for delivery and upon delivery.

Returns
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Received a Damaged Item?
Contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged or defective. Include clear photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Lost in Transit?
If your package is lost, contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover costs for claims deemed our error. For claims not our error, responsibility lies with your local USPS, and we advise contacting them directly.

Once shipped, responsibility for orders transfers to USPS. For stolen packages, contact your local USPS for resolution.
